MakeClips is run by Founder Ventures Holdings, LLC, a Delaware company. This policy explains what data we keep and why.
Your email address and name when you sign up. The videos you upload or link, their transcripts and the clips we make from them. Your plan and payment status. The page that sent you to us and how you use the app.
We use your data to make your clips, to bill you and to email you about your account. We do not sell your data. We do not use your videos to train AI models.
Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (video storage), Vercel (hosting), Deepgram (transcription), Anthropic (clip selection), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and PostHog (product analytics). Each one processes data only to provide its service to us.
We keep source videos for 30 days and clips for as long as your account is open. When you delete a project, we delete its data.
